Only registrations accompanied with a payment will be accepted and confirmed.

Payment for registration can only be made by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Written notice of cancellation must be received at conf2009@architectuur.sintlucas.wenk.be by 1st March 2009 at the latest.
Registration fee less 75 EUR administrative and banking fee will be refunded for all cancellations.
No refunds will be granted after March 1, 2009.
